Who should attend this mandatory training?
- A Law Enforcement/Government agency that has a Crime Free Multi-Housing program needing more instructors.
- A Law Enforcement/Government agency interested in establishing a Crime Free Multi-Housing program.
- A Law Enforcement/Government agency needing more instructors or has added members to their Crime Free Unit.
- New Crime Free Coordinators.
**To teach Crime Free Multi-Housing instructors MUST be State certified.**
Attendees will be certified by the International Crime Free Association to teach Crime Free, to use the Copyrighted training materials and receive membership to the Illinois Crime Free Association for the remainder of 2025.

– Abatement
– Crime Free Lease Addendum
– Active property management
– Developing a crime prevention approach
– C.P.T.E.D. (Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design) education
– Federal Fair Housing Laws/ JHO/ RLTO
*This course is only open to Law Enforcement Officers and other Public Safety agency personnel.
